Hello friends, foes, fae, and otherwise! I would like to first say thank you to all of you whom watch me and take time to leave feedback; I appreciate that very much.
Now, onto business.
Perfect Chaos, Perfect Life
Perfect Chaos, Perfect Life
I began running a Vanilla Minecraft server a week or so ago, and it has been gradually built up. Our spawn area is fairly secured, flattened, and somewhat structured.
To receive the IP to the server, please Note myself (MabusTheDark) or JoyfuI to be confirmed. You can also email me at MabusTheDark@yahoo.com if that is somewhat easier.
It is ran on my desktop with 5GB of RAM allocated. (Out of 24GB available, ohoho.) The only issue with lag will probably be our internet, which will hopefully be upgraded sooner or later. But other than that, there are only three real rules that you really should follow when visiting our world:
1. Treat other players and their property fairly; griefing and/or theft will result in ONE warning, followed by a permanent ban... no exceptions. JoyfuI and myself will NOT tolerate childish and rude behavior in our server. However, do not go falsely accusing other players of wrongdoing just to make them lose access to their items. I am aware of all sorts of tomfoolery, and each incident will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. If caught lying about something related to this, you yourself may be considered for a temporary ban... Liars are not welcome here.
2. There are communal chests and a public enchanting table. If you need something from the chests, that's fine. I personally try to contribute to them when can. But please put something of equal value back in when you are able to; it just makes it easier for not only new players, but also for everyone else when they happen to run out of a certain thing. Of particular note, lapis Lazuli and Diamond are not the most common resources in general, so if you have more than you really need, please don't be stingy. JoyfuI and myself generally aren't, so try not to be, either.
3. There are no specific building requirements/locations. The only real rule for building is to please avoid destructive or laggy structures, and please give a little room between adjacent buildings for traffic. Minecraft isn't terribly pretty to begin with, but don't make it worse by cluttering and/or breaking our server.
If you enjoy playing on our server, please feel free to tell a friend or two. However, since our server can only really support up to 20 players comfortably, please do not invite everyone you know.
Lastly, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to Note me (MabusTheDark) or JoyfuI; we are the co-owners of this server, and has all final say-so in what happens to it. That being said, we can and will consider whatever you folks can come up with!
